Thank you for Considering Rodeo Lakes for your Wedding and or Reception or Party. We offer different packages but can be flexible to suit your needs. We have 96 acres of endless possibilities. It’s your special day!

The Mocha

      Wedding Lakeside and Reception in the barn. Facility use up to 9 hours, 

           plus one hour Rehearsal the day before wedding............$2,650.00

The Thelma

      Wedding in or in front of the Barn and Reception up to 8 hours, plus one hour Rehearsal   
           the day before wedding............$2,450.00

The Elsie

      Reception in the barn. Facility use up to 8 hours.........$2,300.00

The Junior

Party in the barn. Facility use up to 6 hours.............$2,000.00

Packages include the following:

Facility Coordinator Services

Parking attendant

Kitchen Prep area and 8 ft Banquet serving table, cake table, and gift table.

8 cocktail tables

Lakefront arbor or mobile arbor (excluding the Elsie and Junior)

Save the Date photo location(excluding The Elsie and Junior)

Dance Floor lighting

Bench seating for 100 for Ceremony (excluding the Elsie, Thelma, and Junior)

Rodeo Lakes also has many free props, Wood Cookies, Chandelier, Cake Stand,
     Easel, lanterns, etc...

Event Insurance is supplied when alcohol is served (excluding the Junior)

Additional Charges:
 

 Bar set up, bartender included, maximum 5 hours....$150.00, 
    (does not include alcohol, mixers, cups, napkins, etc.)
 

Wine Glass rental................$50.00

Champagne Glass rental......$50.00

Patio Heaters...$50.00 each, 5 available

Barn rental fee…$100.00 per extra hour above allotted time.

$10.00 per person additional charge for each person above the allotted 150 people

Requirements: A $500.00 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the date.

This retainer will be subtracted from the package price.

French Door Rental..............$125.00

Candy Bar Steps................. $55.00 if candy is individually wrapped, free if not, Wax candy is not allowed

All rentals are subject to state tax.
